What is an Organization Chart?

A graphic representation of the structure of an organization showing the relationships of the positions or jobs within it.

Why are we asking for a Profit/Loss Sheet?

We require this financial statement to verify your company's annual revenue and ensure that eligibility requirements for the grant are met

Create A Video

You will be asked to submit a 1-3 minute video answering the following questions:

1. Description of your company.
2. What your company does/who you serve.

3. Why did you start your business?
4. Explain to the judges why you should be awarded a grant.
